Registration

All participants to the Olympiad may register to the Olympiad via the following Registration link :

registration.bakuchessolympiad.com

After the registration is closed, the teams wishing to make any changes to their registration status shall address FIDE (office@fide.com) and the Chief Arbiter of the Olympiad, Mr. Faik Gasanov (azerbaijanchess@yahoo.com) to ask for permission for the registration or any changes in it.

Only after their approval the organizers will consider the demands of the teams.

Please note that the accommodation requests and the visa documents submission shall be done until August 8^th. After this date, the organizers won’t consider any accommodation requests or accept any visa documents which will result in not being granted a visa for the Olympiad.
