Olympiad partners named
The Baku Chess Olympiad Operating Committee introduces the companies that will be supporting the prestigious sporting event. Official partnership agreements for the 42nd World Chess Olympiad have been signed with SOCAR, Azercell, Turkish Airlines, Qatar Airways, SMARTSCORING, “Meqa Sığorta” OJSC, Modern Hospital, Badamli, Tudor, Lavazza, Milla, Jalə and Tranquini.

The opening ceremony of the 42 nd World Chess Olympiad will be held on 1 September. The first round will be played on 2 September.
